Overview: Built a flexible identity system to support Highspot’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives across the company. The work unified multiple employee-led groups while allowing each to retain its own voice.


Deliverables & Goals: Designed ERG logos, illustrations, event assets, and digital materials to create cohesion across internal programs. The goal was visibility, consistency, and genuine representation.

Approach: Created a modular system that balanced structure with expression, ensuring no group felt boxed in or diluted. The identity needed to scale without losing authenticity.






Results: The system increased engagement and recognition across internal initiatives. It continues to be used company-wide as new programs emerge.
